FOR FAMILIES · INDIVIDUALITY · LEGACY

Your children are your future and your legacy.

Give them an education that begins with who they are and where they want to go. The Human Capital Balance Sheet gives each person a distinct path and shows how your family can make its knowledge, judgement and relationships available across generations. One adviser coordinates the learning; each person keeps a voice.

WHY A FAMILY NEEDS TWO VIEWS

A family’s legacy has meaning when the next generation can make it their own.

Families plan their financial future with care. Educational decisions deserve the same attention to suitability, guidance and purpose. One child may be drawn to leadership; another may choose an independent path. EIM Privé helps each person develop knowledge, skills and competences for a chosen future, while making valuable family experience available across generations.

TWO VIEWS · NO FAMILY AVERAGE

See the person. Understand the family.

01 / INDIVIDUAL

A path of their own.

Each consenting learner receives a private view of strengths, interests, knowledge, skills and competences, plus a plan shaped around their chosen future.

02 / FAMILY SYSTEM

Experience that can travel.

A separate family view shows where knowledge, relationships and responsibilities sit, and which practices could help share them. It is never an average of individual ratings.

For participating adults, the 48-item questionnaire begins an evidence-led conversation. Its 1–5 ratings are reflective advisory judgements, not psychometric scores or predictions. Assessment involving younger learners requires separate, age-appropriate participation and privacy arrangements.

THE VAREN FAMILY · ENTIRELY FICTIONAL

Can Mira lead the family company?

A family rich in experience can still have a gap in how it is shared. Elise and Helena hold expertise and relationships; Mira knows the product but has not led the whole company. Her plan connects founder decision histories, independent relationships and a bounded commercial project. The board retains the appointment decision.

FROM THE ILLUSTRATIVE BALANCE SHEETTwo profiles. One clearer conversation. The 2026 baseline keeps Mira’s individual view separate from the family system.

Illustrative 1–5 reflective judgements, adapted from the fictional Varen case. The family-system view is a separate assessment, not an average of people. Ratings are not a total, forecast or monetary valuation.

TWO DISTINCT STARTING POINTS

5/5each for family knowledge and experience
2/5family intergenerational capability

These fictional reflective ratings show why strong expertise can coexist with weak transfer routines. Mira’s own network starts at 2; the family’s largely founder-held network at 4.

At 11%, wider authority is withheld. A bounded retest reaches 19% against the same gate. The board retains its independent appointment decision.

Every Varen person, rating, event and figure is invented. The retest does not show that education caused a business result. Ratings are context-bound judgements, not a total, monetary value or forecast.

DISCRETION BY DESIGN

Each person keeps a voice and a private space.

We agree who participates, what evidence is relevant and who may see a summary. Private interviews and diaries do not become family-wide records by default. The family’s payment does not create automatic access to an individual’s reflections.
